Order & Payment:
We currently taking order through WhatsApp only.
(screenshot any item that you like and send it to us)

Please take note that 3 days of notice is required for flower bouquet order, the  price subjected to flowers used and kindly send us your prefer fresh flower & quantity we will help you to check the stocks mentioned whether available or not. Moreover, we accept payments via online banking or cash and will only proceed with your order upon payment in full.

Delivery Options:
All items are not including delivery charges, fees depend on the area that you wish us to deliver to (KUCHING based only). However, self pick-up/ meet up service available. Please kindly contact us for shipping service information.

Return and Exchanges:
All products are not exchangeable & refundable once sold. Ciel Atelier does not currently offer returns or exchanges. We thoroughly check all goods prior to delivery and pride ourselves in our product quality. We ensure the colours & sizes of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the colours you see will depend on your monitor, colours depicted should be used as a guide.

Sizing:
We recommend using the 'Size Guide' on each product page, if you need more help, we can answer all you questions on sizing and fit send us a message through WhatsApp with your typical size and measurements and we will provide individualised advice.
